Stampin’ Up! Party with Cake !!

February 15, 2016

I used two challenges for today’s card.  The sketch challenge from Paper Craft Crew #181 and the color challenge from The Paper Players #282 was the inspiration.  I started by mixing some water with some multipurpose glue and spattering the liquid with an aqua painter on the white card stock.  Then I sprinkled some Dazzling Diamonds glitter on the card…..didn’t like that so I added some Gold Glitter…..didn’t like that so I took the Gorgeous Grunge stamp with Daffodil Delight ink and added that for the background.   Wow, a lot going on there but then I moved on to the rest of the card.

In the end, I liked how the card turned out.  I hope it gives you some inspiration as well!  Thank you for stopping by today.
