Stampin’ Up! FMS 220 & HHS 229 Thank You!

January 25, 2016

Today’s card is based on the color challenge from HHS #229 and the sketch from FMS #220.  I used one of the stamps from Bordering Blooms and stamped it in Gray Archival ink on some Shimmery White paper.  I used the Clear Wink of Stella brush and re-inkers from Elegant Eggplant, Always Artichoke and Sahara Sand to color the flowers.  So easy, dip the Wink of Stella brush in the ink (I placed a drop of ink on a clear block) and start coloring :-).   I also pieced a few of the flowers over the stamped image.  Rather than center the layers, I decided to do something a little different.  It does give the card a different look, what do you think?

Have a great day and thank you for stopping by today!

Beautiful card! The colors work so well with the image and I love how you’ve popped up some flowers. Thanks so much for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches.
